Project Manager(General) – African American Academic Acceleration (AAAA) – E214
**POSITION FOR 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR; PENDING BOARD APPROVAL OF 2021-2022 BUDGET **
The Project Manager is accountable for improving student achievement through the effective management of assigned area(s); plan, coordinate, implement, execute, monitor and complete specific assigned projects within allocated budget and according to guidelines to accomplish stated goals; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff and provide clear, constructive feedback to improve staff effectiveness.
Mission Statement:
In September 2017, the Office of African American Academic Acceleration (A4) was launched to identify and address the fundamental causes for the discrepancy in academic outcomes between African American students and other student groups.
