RadCraft Digital Producer
RadCraft’s Digital Producer supports our brand awareness and engagement, as well as our brewery, distillery, and malting company partners, through a variety of storytelling projects. The Digital Producer will create, curate, compile, and archive our media library; and develop, edit, and strategically publish video across channels. The Content Coordinator will work flex hours in-house at the RadCraft World Headquarters in Durango, Colorado, from home, and in the field (sometimes actual barley fields) producing assets.
This is a contract position available immediately through September, 2021, with opportunities to expand and adjust scope thereafter.

produce video assets for #CraftSocialMedia workshop on June 25
produce RadCraft co-op recruitment film editing some existing content and producing original content as well
support production of the RadCraft Industry Relief podcast
propagate & organize media library
produce video assets + stills
collaborate with RadCraft team on company content calendar & strategy
participate in RadCraft’s team communication channels— including but not limited to weekly calls, monthly in-person, meetings, daily emails, and project management platforms such as Slack, Trello, Asana, Coveragebook, Adobe Suite, & Google Drive.
requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Proficient in videography, video editing, and relevant software.
Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills.
This role requires an organized self-starter with acute attention to detail and deadlines, and the ability to communicate needs and concerns to project manager(s) in a timely manner.
Understanding and further curiosity for the brewing, distilling, and malting processes, craft beer styles and beer industry trends; capacity for obsession thereof.
Ideal candidate has a professional approach to alcohol.
The RadCraft Digital Producer works on a part time, contract basis. This is a flex position with emphasis on deadlines and good communication.
