Recruitment Specialist
At ACES, our mission is to help and support our clients impacted by autism in achieving their goals. We’re now seeking a Recruitment Specialist focused on hiring Behavioral Technicians throughout the US (we’re in 7 states and have over 50 locations).

What You'll Do:
- Search & identify passive candidates through proactive recruitment efforts (including but not limited to Indeed, Handshake, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Curate a positive candidate experience by maintaining high-tough communication and educating all candidates on the ACES experience
- Partner with clinical leadership teams at designated locations to build relationships with local universities, community colleges and community organizations to pipeline talent
- Support and coordinate high-volume recruiting efforts across ACES offices, including managing assigned open positions, conducting phone interviews, scheduling and conducting virtual interviews with candidates
- Make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and alignment with role
- Maintain recruitment data in industry-leading applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and review other success metrics with clinical teams
- Attend recruiting events, including industry conferences and campus career fairs to generate applicant flow
- Promote ACES opportunities through social recruitment, leveraging Grayscale text campaigns and other creative methods
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in sourcing candidates (via Indeed, LinkedIn, other tools)
- 1+ year of experience in high-volume and full-cycle recruitment
- Experience with tough-to-fill roles + niche positions a plus
- Energetic self-starter who gets fired up every day about making a difference in the community
- Flexible multi-tasker, who can remain highly-organized and detail-focused
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
- Professional and friendly communicator
- Individuals who are scrappy, resourceful, excellent communicators
