Job Posting Information
Hours: Full Time; M - F; 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Specialized clerical work involving diverse and complex accounting related tasks. Employees work within established accounting systems and procedures.

Responsible for processing and maintaining personnel records; assisting in the entry, audit, and distribution of biweekly payroll; processing departmental outside training and travel vouchers; verifying invoices, preparing vouchers for payment, processing interdepartmental charges, and maintaining ledgers; and providing clerical and administrative support to the department's Finance Manager. A solid knowledge of JD Edwards and Microsoft Excel is required. A successful candidate will be a good communicator, a motivated self-starter, innovative in improving processes and achieving strategic goals and objectives.

Qualifications:  Graduation from high school or equivalent supplemented by courses in accounting and four years of experience keeping and recording financial transactions; or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities, and skills.
